Installation Troubleshooting for Google Chrome (Mac)
Download Chrome for Mac. For Mac OS X 10.10 or later. This computer will no longer receive Google Chrome updates because Mac OS X 10.6 - 10.9 are no longer supported. Chrome won’t open. Here’s the list of hacks you can try if you want to repair Chrome. When Chrome won’t open, the easiest is to restart your Mac. But that could be a bit disruptive. So here you are, some alternatives: Press and hold Command + Q — this will quit Chrome. Mac os x 10.11 el capitan. Press Option + Command + Esc — opens a Force Quit pane. Are you having trouble installing the desktop app while using Google Chrome? There are a couple of things that you can try.

Restart the download.
On the Launcher page, click download & run GoToWebinar in the blue box on the launcher page. You should then see the ' GoToWebinar Opener' file begin downloading and display at the bottom of your screen.
Run the GoToWebinar Install file.
If you do not see the 'GoToWebinar Launcher.dmg' file in your browser, you can retrieve it as follows:
Can't Download Chrome On Mac

2. When you see the GoTo Opener image, double-click it to launch the program.
3. When prompted, click Open to launch GoToWebinar.
Approve the External Protocol Request.
Cannot Download Google Chrome Mac
If you see the Launcher screen and it is covered by an 'External Protocol Request' pop-up window, you'll need to click Open GoToOpener to continue.
